My wife and I have an older couple who we’re friends with. Older, health issues, music professors from forever ago. We take dinner and try to visit weekly.

Last week I get there and my wife had already arrived and they were talking about the ‘debate’. The lady says something like what did you think of those two who sounded pretty good? I immediately say while backing away from my wife, oh you mean Trump and Tucker right??? While holding my laugh and avoiding a swing from my wife.

The lady didn’t get it except for her look of disgust and then went on talking about the funny named guy.

They’re such nice smart educated people...but ohhh so ignorant.
