Cars gonna melt if tires heated up by superheated asphalt. How does one get superheated black asphalt hot enough to burn tires while not turning nearby trees to ash?

There are a couple intact vehicles without burned tires that appear to be sitting on concrete in some of the photos. One was a school bus.
