nope... it's far more likely that smart meters are incendiary devices..

The government that turned off the water and blocked the exits also forced the entire island to install smart meters, completed earlier this year.

Ultimately, they are not mutually exclusive, logically. Both could have been deployed. However, smart meters have a trail that leads back to the WEF, smart cities, coordinated arson and complicit bureaucrats.
