Follow up: So I went to the link you provided (thanks again), and it purports to be a CIA Top Secret document talking about physical and spiritual determinism. But it is also a very poorly written, grammatically problematic bit of new age Kumbaya ideas that were once very fashionable in Southern California.
Further, the original data was attributed to having come from the Soviet Union and UFOs, but no actual data is presented to bolster the conclusions of this paper.
To say I'm highly skeptical of this would be an understatement.
I didn't write the document nor did I say I believed it, just that I put in some considerable effort to find it for you and brought it back here for you.
