Anne Barnhardt makes some really good points in that Gibson is in mortal sin by abandoning his wife and shacking up with someone else. This may drastically affect the quality and orthodoxy of the movie. Pray that Gibson somehow repents and reconciles with his wife and that the movie doesn't suck.
"Let he who is without sin cast the first stone". I don't think Gibson is a saint. But I think he makes valid and effective films. He is a believer, and he will atone to our Lord for his transgressions, as we all will.
