Venezuelan drug trafficker Reinaldo Fuentes was killed in July when he was thrown off a boat in the Caribbean Sea, near Martinique.

Deterrent against cheating the cartel. It's fair to expect this, but I don't think it's worthy of celebrating either.

I'd be happier if he got away with it, if he were able to escape the system and somehow change his life. But the article doesn't go that way. No good guys to cheer for here.
