The left image is a stock certificate for the United States Crown Corporation, a bottle cap company.

"Incorporated 1960, the company produced and marketed a flip top bottle cap that could be removed without the aid of a bottle opener. The manufacturing was complex and the application was never really picked up by bottling companies. The company was dissolved in 1971."

This does not lend any credibility at all.
