When the local electric company wanted to install those in our neighborhood, I went to their website to see what they claim about how safe they are. They used, I believe, the WHO, for reference to how safe they are and that they don't start fires. I just shook my head and laughed to myself. Really, you're using globalists to tell me how safe something will be on my house? I didn't let them install it.
I forgot to add, a local installer was putting one on a commercial building and it caught fire during the installation. I thought of it because there is an example in the article, the first one listed.
I have put a few neodimium magnets around the input/output casing points, I hope that stops this.
Do you have any reasons/sources on why that is helpful? Thanks.
None really, except that these put out a very strong magnetic field that "might" screw the smart boxes around. Its all I can do short of cutting cables
Too bad there's no precedent for getting "conscientious objector" status for these tentacles of the state. Makes one wonder how hard it would be to go full Amish, and get a gas-powered fridge, etc.
Cool. Thanks.
Have only non-combustible materials within several feet of the meter.
I opted out also, but recently I noticed that I have a smart meter. Don’t know how long it’s been there. I read online last week that PGE will remove your smart meter and you pay an additional fee, I think it’s 10.00 a month to have them come out and read the meter.
Fundamentally they're tracking and control preparation devices ready for 'their' planned future for 'us'. Everything 'smart' is.
In many of these fires, homeowners report the phones and alarm systems going dead at the outset of the blaze.
They should make an app that allows the homeowner to monitor the meter also if they want them so badly

On another note about smart meters and hmm led lights which is all they want people using....
"Can smart meters give false readings? One study by scientists at the Dutch University of Twente found that smart meters can provide electricity readings that are up to six times higher than actual levels. The electricity being consumed has an erratic waveform and many of the meters tested were unable to process this, which caused the inaccurate results.
Why is my smart meter reading so high? Smart meters can give readings almost seven times higher than the actual electricity consumed particularly in homes when energy-saving bulbs are used, a study found. Modern devices including dimmer switches and LED bulbs can confuse some smart meters, leading to massively inflated readings and higher bills."
i'd like to see an objective presentation of how that is done.
