No not Parkinsons. My Dad has had PD for well over 20 years and trust me, he doesn't freeze like this. No stares or inability to talk for my Dad. Also with Dad he may freeze in one part of his body (perhaps his feet while walking) but other parts have that Parkinsons shake.
