Did you not watch the videos anon Ohlongjohnson provided links for?

Apparently the superintendent (making over $250K salary, btw) hired a consulting firm that doesn’t appear to actually be a real company and Mr O’Keefe, being an investigative journalist, was going there to get answers. O’Keefe uncovers corruption.
