The FBI wants to double its budget for cataloging “the rapidly increasing number of DNA samples collected by the U.S.”

Wouldn't even be surprised if there is mass data collection from your garbage at this point.

Possibly requisitioning data with gag orders from your physician. Any blood tests etc.

waste water? I saw they are testing areas for fentanyl in waste water systems. To locate areas it is being used or something. It was on Fox.
