The FBI wants to double its budget for cataloging “the rapidly increasing number of DNA samples collected by the U.S.”

So I was at a hobby club meeting once with about five guys. And the joke came up, "We have a complete dossier on you". And one guy there with a European accent said, "You know, they did this to my brother. They gave him a list and said - you are guilty. Pick your crime". That is all.
