EDIT. As u/007wannabee pointed out, Trump apparently did NOT write "except". He spoke the word "accept" and some illiterate idiot at Breitbart transcribed it as "except".

(This is why it's SO important to type words correctly!)

Sorry to mislead everyone. I posted this in a hurry as my wife was calling me to go out.
