How insulting is it that the good people of Maui pay 1000s of doIIars in tax a yr to get a stipend of 700 when shtf?

Had the tax money been spent properly, the dmg would have been minimal. Without even any monetary compensation, why bother paying for something that doesn't work?

It's part of their "suffer and die" depopulation plan.

I live near San Francisco. $700.00 does not cover a month of groceries.
