"tone"? Do you see an expletive or an exclamation mark? Emboldened words? The answer is, no. It's evident to me you are reading into something that's simply does not exist. I stand by my statement and agree with u/HopefulSkeptic regarding the DOT info. It doesn't provide us enough info.
