Yes/No. Selected by Bush, early in Afgan. war to lead forces there. He was actually fired for criticizing Obama in a Rolling Stone interview - 2010 'ish. After that he went kinda corporate woke - on the surface. He made some mildly non-Trump supporter comments. His background leading up to Afgan. was more hard-core than say a Petraeus. ... I lean towards Grey-Hat for him
