Simple enough, Obamas could claim that the Nesbits were surrogates for these two kids and then announce it was not the public's need to know. I understand the desire to prove deception by the Obamas but if they decide to play the surrogate card, this argument about M never being pregnant is toast. Same with Beyonce and possibly Serena Williams.
