What is the solution to this illegal taxation on EVERYTHING?
- SALTY TAXING!
Property taxes, IRS, all of this bullshit.
We are being raped at every single point. Home ownership is a fucking scam, we don't own shit.
We don't own our cars. This Babylonian money magic system needs to fall. How do we combat this whole scam?
I'm sure there are so many of us who are struggling to get by while Ukrainians are getting billions. Look at Maui.
Once Trump gets back in, are things REALLY going to change? I read that sales tax can take care of everything, all costs and overhead to run the government.
Fuck this system.
I wonder if everything you mentioned might have tricked us all by commercial contract our whole lives. We all checked the box that says US citizen on everything we sign. But why did we assume we meet the technical definition of US citizen? What if a citizen (lower case) is a subject of the United States which is defined as a "federal corporation" [28 USC § 3002(15)] and might it masquerade via a sort of overlay as the real USA republic? (like they would tell us outright if it did) What if there's a self-declared status that is better than US "citi-zen"? Are we the people supposed to self declare as nationals of the state in which we were born or now choose to inhabit (not reside)? Maybe that is why the word national is run through the mud in the media.
8 USC 1449 says a foreigner naturalized under the laws of the United States becomes a citizen of the United States of America.
Under the decision of the Supreme Court of the United States in the case of Brushaber v. Union Pacific Railway [sic] Co., decided January 24, 1916, it is hereby held that income accruing to nonresident aliens in the form of interest from the bonds and dividends on the stock of domestic corporations is subject to the income tax imposed by the act of October 3, 1913.
Treasury Decision 2313 refers to Brushaber, but what they don't tell you is the Brushaber, in his pleadings, claimed to be a citizen of the State of New York.
So, basically, there's no loophole out right now, just need the system itself to collapse?
If you work for yourself, it would be easy to avoid unnecessary taxes, but not if you work for a company that expects you to consent to withholding.
