Dr. Duncan specializes in genetic algorythm optimization of neural networks, creating cybernetic synthetic minds, merging biologial and synthetic minds. Recruited by DARPA, DOD CIA to work on various projects: AI code for tracking the Soviet nuclear submarine fleet, robotic surgery for medicine, voice recognition, conversation planning for chatterbos, voice of god weapons (V2K).

At one point he recognized his work was being used by EVIL people for nefarious purposes and has since been on a crusade to educate the public. He is speaking at a symposium of people who are currently being tortured with V2K technology.
