You'd think he would know better than to take firearms into a place like that.

Their argument seems to be that the 2nd amendment gives us the right to take firearms into wherever we want and that the laws prohibiting firearms from certain buildings are wrong and we should just ignore them.

But just ignoring those laws isn't going to change them. Its going to get you arrested as we see here.
