The piece of evidence that is the most conclusive are the items colored in blue that did not get burned up. Blue cars, blue clothes, blue roofs, etc.

Blue colored items cannot be penetrated or affected by these weapons.

Alex Jones, as much as people hate him here, has a good segment about it.
