Not sure it means anything at all, but ....
"Those" requires "have", not "has". Can anyone run-to-ground this "s" to "ve" thing?

You're correct. But it's a relatively small error, and the meaning is clear. Given the general inattention to grammar in the schools, I'm assuming it was a simple error without any strategic intent at secret meaning. In other words, a mistake.
Had to check. Seems to me that Q is more intelligent than that, so perhaps it was intentional. Maybe this is a hint at Q's age? (In my experience, younger people seem to adhere less to "proper" English.)
I believe there are multiple authors. Maybe someday we'll know.
Interesting. May I ask your theory on this belief?
And if you really want to be correct, it should read "whom you follow".
