This is where we always get it wrong.
We should expect them to voluntarily go.
We never do tough love on these people. We always take the higher road.
If you want culture change all we do is hold them to the standards -THEY- created.
When we word it this -way-many people will say things like those are my family and so on.
If we would grow a pair we would honor THEIR wishes and ALLOW them to go.

Yet us on the RIGHT only require them to be fired or resign while they demand we get arrested and forced.
