Faraday cages block a range of frequencies. The deep state can go beyond this range of frequencies. Best bet is to take out the battery and sim card the day of. Personally, I am taking mine out the day of, the day prior, and the day after.

Many people are already primed and will react to this frequency signal. This may be related to V2K technology.
