I believe RFK Jr worked with Trump to create the Operation Warpspeed, to catch the Big Pharma red handed. This would be the phase 1 (in Trump's first term), and the phase 2 would be the disclosure to public (happening currently) and phase 3 would be the reckoning (2024)

I do like your theory. That really would be terrific if that was the case.
The first clue for me was the fact that even after all this RFK Jr never had anything disrespectful to say about Trump.
