The tragedy is, law enforcement is afraid to do anything about it.

More like “complicit” than “afraid”, imo. Law enforcement people also “put in place” for a reason. Not all, but many are satanists, criminals, or pedos themselves. The rest bought off or threatened into silence and inaction. This is what organized crime looks like.
