I'm looking for "Kenyan citizenship" info or "Indonesian citizenship" info. I suspect it is actually "from Kenyan colony" with "British citizenship". Yes, I believe he was put in place, not by the CIA directly, but by the King of England as one of his "subjects". This would have been ideal for a "city-state" of D.C. controlled at least partially by the British Crown.

This may have been how they at least attempted to make it "legal", even if clearly unconstitutional.
