Good luck explaining to insurance companies that they really do have to pay out, I am sure they will be super-keen to write some cheques...

Insurance of ANY kind has been responsible for arbitrary increases in valuation of products/services. Therefore, the waivers and exclusions to prevent paying out anything at all. (so sorry, it was in the fine print)...
