He's investing in our dystopian future. Where all our Impossible burgers are made from GMO crops grown on Gates' farmland, and the only beer available is the weak, diluted Bud Light, also owned by Gates' Estate. All fuelled by small businesses collapsing under the weight of super-giant corporations, and a population decimated by the very solutions Gates claimed would cure us.

I mean, if his ilk think Earth is over-populated, why would they keep us alive?
