I was at Rite Aid today picking up a prescription. The people working in the pharmacy are masked up again except for a few. The older lady who they were waiting on was questioning if she needed an appointment for the flu shot.
They told her no there are no appointments for any shots. One of the pharmacists stated we can do it right now if you want.
The older lady pointed her finger at the pharmacist and waved it at her and stated, "don't you dare give me a covid shot or put any of that in there. I want the old lady flu shot".
As the woman walked away she looked at me and apologized.
I told her I don't blame you one bit.
People are understanding more and more.
I never took a flu shot in my life and I don't intend to start.
I remember when I was young my father trying to tell my mother to go get a flu shot and she said no and he did. It almost killed him that's why I never took one.
yep, years ago my father took the flu shot and he got so sick he thought he was going to die. so, no for me as well.
Amen.
