The group that went to the FBI with zero evidence must pay for the trial, not taxpayers. That is the only way to curtail the false reporting, besmirching someone’s character, waste of time and money.
Exactly, if these people were held accountable this wouldn’t happen. Like the retards that glue themselves to the run way. They should be charged with attempted murder for every person in a plane within an hour of landing. Congratulations you just won yourself 150 years in prison.
Absolutely! They need to stop paying these bills with our money. Just like the fines for sexual assault are paid for with our money when the politicians are found guilty!
All of what they are doing is illegitimate. When the people don't know exactly what they are doing and are not paying attention, this is what we get.
EVERY alphabet-letter agency is illegitimate. Constitutionally, any ANY such agency MUST have a constitutional amendment allowing any such agency to exist. Read your Constitution. Does it have ANY amendment giving such power to create any one of these? CONgress has very SPECIFIC enumerated rights, responsibilities, powers, and properties (RRPPs).
In 1817, 1822, and 1830, Presidents Madison, Monroe, and Jackson (respectively) vetoed efforts by CONgress to establish the footings for a Department of Transportation. In his own way, each President cited the fact that the powers Congress was asserting were not enumerated in the Constitution for the United States. James Madison stated: “The powers of the federal government are enumerated; it can only operate in certain cases; it has legislative powers on defined and limited objects, beyond which it cannot extend its jurisdiction.” (Mr. Madison, June 6 1788, Debates in the Convention of the State of Virginia, on the Adoption of the Federal Constitution, https://constitution.org/1-Constitution/elliot.htm)
They need to not only repay the taxpayers for the cost of the trial, but what they did was a crime, and they need to pay for that with prison time.
Plus loose their high paying jobs. They're supposed to be law abiding attorneys. Ya, right!!
Plus, wtf is the FBI doing with this bogus info? They press forward. The FBI too is once again caught with their pants down.
