I don't see how you can "fix" 10 million illegals spread throughout the USA? It'll take decades to rout them out. I'm quite sure he'll get the border shut ASAP though!

I suspect he has a plan. All the free phones and debit cards will provide a lot of tracking info to round them up and deport. And if DJT mandates E-Verify, that will remove one giant magnet. Fly them home with a $1000 goodbye incentive, or face jail. And stop anchor babies. All can be done with EO.
