This. George W did what his father and Cheney told him to. It doesn't make him innocent, but he's not as responsible as others. And I believe those others include Colin Powell and Donald Rumsfeld, which is why they're dead now.

Find Trump's tweet about Powell's passing. Trump is rhetorically urinating on Powell's grave.
