Everything in Legal Documents is WORDS and so the spelling of WORDS determines the WORDING. Remember that in the Durham Report that Comey was spelled Corney but read as Comey. Same thing with STOLLEN which would be pronounced STOLEN and mean the same but spelling would determine the WORDING for LEGAL means.
