At first I think Bobby was simply trying to use his status as a presidential candidate to get his message out because of the censorship. Now however, he has actually gained enough serious support that he thinks he has a shot at this - but he has to deal with the DNC first.
The DNC is actually scared of him because they can see their own internal poling - and there is no one else on their bench. If not, they would not be trying to pull this. The other thing that is happening here is that Bobby is tactfully exposing the election corruption to Dems without touching the question of 2020 and Trump. Besides the Bernie Bros that screamed foul play over the DNC corruption back in 2016, which has gone ignored by the majority of Dem voters, Bobby is trying to reach moderate Dems with the message of high level election corruption within their own party. These are Dems that have seen their party being taken over by commies and the wackos but would never dream of switching parties. If a large majority of these Dems are awakened to the dirty dealings within their party, then they may be able to see it all. That could be a watershed. What happens at the point when the majority of voters of both parties understand that their elections are a scam is hard to say. The uniparty swamp is deep and they have no reverse gear.
