IMO. Seems like the dude may have a guilty conscience. Because at least according to the article. He mentions that both he and his immediate superior brought up this concern to the other executives and were essentially told to shut the hell up.
Which would seem like an odd detail to go out of his way to mention. Unless he feels guilty.
I don't know that he feels guilty personally, I think he sees a problem and knows the people who aren't doing anything about it are guilty.
Unfortunately his resume being a porn site isn't going to net him much sympathy or work opportunities other than Pornhub, so I imagine he feels compelled to stay for his own sake.
