Fyi: If anyone has has a horrific itch in their arms that no amount of scratching will fix (often scratching hard enough to bleed cuz the pain feels better than the itch) and will keep you up all night or bring you to tears…

…have your C 4-5 (neck) checked for a bulge/pinch. Your body will sometimes interpret pain signals as “itching.” Orthos (last I heard) have no idea what ur talking about, dermatologists are aware. Chiropractor can also help.

But Benadryl stops it in its tracks.
