But why grab his stomach?

I know the meme is asking that as well, to get you to answer it yourself, but I've never heard any suspicions whatsoever of Alefantis actually being a woman...

I feel like an idiot for missing something that should be obvious.

Yeah, I don't know why they are doing that, but as merf pointed out in my other post, it's just a coincidence involving pregnancy pointing to the Teigan pregnant stem cell stuff.

edit: Aleftanis isn't the guy getting his stomach touched.
