Not all candidates running for President of the United States automatically receive Secret Service protection. Secret Service protection is typically provided to major party candidates, specifically those who have been nominated by their respective parties.

He doesn't qualify. The requirements are pretty clearly stated here:

That he is the only candidate in history denied protection is a lie (they only protect "major" candidates and he is not one according to their criteria).
