California is suing Big Oil for deceiving the public on how their fossil fuels contributed to climate change.

Hmm. This could be used to destroy the entire climate change narrative in court. The most effective way for big oil to defend itself would be to prove that the climate agenda is all based on lies with the intent to control the people, steal from the people and launder that money. Theres shittons of evidence for this already in the public domain.
