Ken has had federal indictments (SEC) since at least 2015. Fortunately they were dropped in 2017 I believe, but somehow at some point State prosecutors indicted him on securities fraud as well. I don't know if they are for the same "crime" or not, but they were put on hold when the impeachment happened. The fix is in on those too - they are trying to move a trial into a different area that will be more prone to go against Ken.

It is hard to find solid info on this because of how stacked the MSM is against him.
