Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer has quietly gotten rid of the dress code for members of the Senate in what's seen as a way of appealing to the often casually dressed John Fetterman.

I don't get it. I feel like because he's literally retarded, they allow him to look the part? That's all I can come up with. Nothing makes any sense.
