Considering it was so rare to hear, prior to 2021, of anyone passing out, or dying in public or on video, or in the middle of a broadcast, it only makes sense to connect the common denominator to it happening so much lately.

People died at home or in the hospital.

I don't remember anyone dying in public, for the last 60 years.
