I saw this more than 10 years ago in Seattle...

It was already bad there - we used to call one of the local McDonald's stores "McStabbies" - the homeless liked to stab each other in there.

What happened to places just using the "mosquito tone"? I guess it wouldn't work on the homeless people though, unless they are kids or women.
