It's not that simplistic. Of course, who DJT needs more (or rather, who American needs most) is the People.

On the other hand, just a few months back, DJT very publicly called on Flynn to get ready, to serve again. Trump recruited Flynn to be his national security advisor, for heaven's sake. Is Trump dumb, or duped?

But what has Trump said about Woods that would ever indicate that Woods has Trump's support? (I've never heard anything!)

I guess that's a question we all face at some time, "who is my friend and who can I trust?"

I don't consider myself dumb, so I guess I've been duped many times before also.

I'm sure DJT still has many friends behind the scenes.
