Yep, I have wanted to move to a new home and different area. I just can't make the move due to the prices of homes, crazy, and the interest rates, crazier. It's ridiculous plus I've heard that home insurance is increasing quite a bit.

I just got a letter regarding my homeowners insurance. It basically blamed the increased rates on climate change. Saying something like "do to an increase in the frequency and severity of weather events that we expect to continue.. Blah blah blah"
