To be fair. The United auto worker's union is kinda a bit too big for it's own britches and protects people that shouldn't be.
I mean I get the reason for unions to protect workers from unfair treatment, but there's a point that it just goes too far.
I don't see how it's possible for them to fairly and responsibly represent all the worker classes they have under their umbrella.
