I am no expert but I suspect that people with diplomatic immunity have the ability to use "diplomatic bags." Now a diplomatic bag could be not just a briefcase but a container off a container ship. If you have a diplomatic bag it is not checked by customs when you cross borders.

What could we do with a container if we put some air hols in it, I wonder? Do they ever lose children in Ukraine?
