White Hats will reveal some revolutionary healthcare tech that causes people to run to hospitals to fix their diseases, aches, and pains 3 - upon realizing how they've been poisoned (by nanoparticles, designer microbes, take your pick), people will go to hospitals to be treated before major symptoms begin
