Please explain where in the original post "burner phones" was ever mentioned. It wasn't mentioned and is therefore a hypothetical. If we go down the road of hypotheticals, then certainly muon phones and inter-dimensional neutrino transporters are considerations too. One person already mentioned it being called in from "Russia". We might as well add little green men to the topic as well.
